Don’t hold these drinks in thermos bottles

Milk. Some people put hot milk in a thermos vacuum insulated stainless steel water bottle and drink it with them. However, acidic substances in dairy products will react with stainless steel, which is not conducive to human health. Milk microorganisms in higher temperatures will also accelerate the reproduction, so that milk spoilage, deterioration, abdominal pain, diarrhea and other discomforts.

 

Tea. When many middle-aged and old people go out, they like to pour hot tea on their vacuum insulated stainless steel water bottles, which will not get cold in a day. But if the tea is immersed in hot water for a long time, its nutrients will be destroyed and the tea will become bitter and astringent.
