Do you know what to pay attention to when buying thermos bottles?

Do you know what to pay attention to when buying thermos bottles?

The thermal insulation products of cups and pots are generally divided into vacuum stainless steel and mercury-plated glass inner tank pots. Vacuum stainless steel water bottles mainly use vacuum technology to achieve thermal insulation, while the glass inner insulated thermos uses mercury plating. The moisturizing principle is similar to that of hot water bottles.

First look at the label or instructions of the cup. Generally, regular manufacturers will write the model, name, volume, material, production address, manufacturer, standard number, after-sale, use method and so on. If none of this happens, then there's a problem.

Identify from the appearance of the insulated thermos. 1. Observe whether the polishing of the inner and outer surfaces is uniform and uniform, whether there are bruises, scratches or burrs; 2. Whether the welding of the observation part is smooth and uniform relates to the feeling of comfort when drinking water; 3. Observe whether the internal seal is tight, whether the screw and the bottle match; 4. Look at the bottle mouth, the rounder the better.

Sealing test: First, twist off the bottle cover to see if it matches the body of the bottle, then add boiled water (preferably boiled water) into the insulated thermos, and then invert the insulated thermos for two to three minutes to see if there will be water leakage.

Insulation testing: Because stainless steel vacuum insulated thermos adopts vacuum insulation technology, because the role of preventing heat transfer to the outside can be achieved in vacuum, so as to achieve the effect of insulation. So to test the thermal insulation effect of stainless steel vacuum insulated thermos, just put boiling water into the bottle, after two or three minutes, touch each part of the bottle, see if it is hot, if which part of the heat, then the temperature will be lost from that place. It is normal to have a slight fever at the mouth of insulated thermos.

Inspection of capacity: Because the insulated thermos is double-decked, the actual capacity of the insulated thermos will be different from what we can see. First look at whether the depth of the inner layer of the insulated thermos and the height of the outer layer do not differ much (generally 18-22mm)

Identification of stainless steel for insulated thermos materials: There are many kinds of stainless steel materials, of which 18/8 indicates that the stainless steel material contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel. Material that meets this standard meets the national food-grade standard is a green environmental protection product. The product is rust-proof and corrosion-resistant. Ordinary stainless steel cup (pot) body color appears white or dark, if put into the concentration of 1% salt water immersion for 24 hours will produce rust spots, some of its elements exceed the standard, directly endangering human health.

Consumers often also pay attention to not only look at the appearance or name of the insulation cup, but also to see whether the instructions indicate that it is heat preservation. Now many cups and pots are generous in appearance, novel in style, and very similar to the insulation cup, but they are not heat preservation at all. Consumers only rely on the impression of the insulation cup and subjectively consider it as a heat preservation cup. So don't make such a small mistake, you must read the instructions.
